(CNN) - An appeals court has lifted an injunction imposed by a federal judge, thereby allowing federally-funded embryonic stem-cell research to continue while the Obama administration appeals the judge's original ruling against use of public funds in such research.

Finally a Federal Court with some reasonable sense, vice a Conservative Judge legislating/dicatating from the bench. Isn't that something Neo-cons and Republicans acuse and complain the Left of doing all time? I guess the chickens are now coming home to rooste as well Repubs, eh? Let's hear your outrage on the lower court's ruling, but oh wait, that won't happen, because Gov't can be involved in our lives and judges can legislate from the bench when it suits your wingnut needs.
