Rahm announcement soon

(CNN) - Rahm Emanuel is up with a new campaign website that promises a special announcement from the former chief of staff soon.

Emanuel stepped down Friday as President Barack Obama's chief of staff. He's expected to move back to Chicago and announce a run for mayor.

The new website includes the full text of Obama's speech Friday announcing Emanuel's departure from the White House and details his background, specifically his time representing Chicago in Congress.

"A native of Chicago with three terms representing his North Side district in Congress, Rahm Emanuel is deeply rooted in the life of the city," says the opening line of his online biography.

The new site includes a blog and a section to contribute ideas for the city.

Rahm, do whatever you can to destroy the right wing national socialist wing of the republican party and keep them from destroying our country with these crazies they have running for office!

That is where he needs to be in Chicago; he will fit right in. Just wish he would take a few more including Obama with him. Our country would be a lot better off if he did.

You want my input? OK, here it is. You and your buddy have almost single-handedly ruined this country by robbing the Treasury and ramming through your bad ideas. See, that's not how it work in the US pal. I would NEVER vote for you as mayor and will actively work to campaign against your election. You would turn Chicago into Detroit within several years if you were elected. Stay away! We don't need your kind in Chicago.

Go Rahm! I'd vote for Mayor Emanuel if I was in Chicago. His presence is already missed in DC.

I have said this before and I'll say it again Rahm Boy doesn't have a chance to become the "Mayor of Chicag" He needs the help of the Black and Hispanic community which he will not get. I don't care how many "Big Buck Backer" he has not even David Axelrod can help him. If you listen to the news in Chicago you can hear all the "Want to Mayors" say that Rahm Boy can pull his Washingon "Stick" in Chicago. Rahm Boy left Obama and Washington because he couldn't get any of Obama polices passed so he "Bailed". Being "Mayor of Chicago" is the consolation prize since since the "The Big Blogo" didn't select him to take Obama's Senate Seat. This is only the begining for all the l"Cockroaches" in the Obama administration to start leaving. November 2 is the day the "Orkin Man" cleans out the "Congress Cockroaches" .

Wow what alot of scheming just to fire this bum and save face for Obama and Emmanuel. First you have to twist Daley's arm to get out of office (or sleep with the fishes) then you have to act totally surprised that he is quitting and that just possibly, maybe Emmanuel will run for Daley's job. Now if Emmanuel wins this election with only a month of a non-campaign and with only 9% of Chicago voters support...well then you can finally say that Democracy is dead and Chicago cronyism has taken over the highest office in the land.

Emmanuel is no "Emmanuel" – he will ruin Chicago. Go back to your corrupt private life and leave us alone.

    Spot on, Ernie!

Now he'll be like the Sarah Palin of the Democrats. His job is too hard, so he quits. And then he'll run around talking about how relevant he is.

Rahm has a snowball's chance in Hell of being elected mayor. There are too many anti-semites in the Democrat Party in Chicago to elect a Jewish banker. I predict Rahm will end up joining Jon Corzine at MF Global when he is defeated in the election.

If only people would accept their blatant racism and not "pretend" that their reasoning is based on abilities. The administration leading OUR country is doing an OUTSTANDING job and Chicago wold be wise to elect Mr. Emmanuel as their mayor.
