Washington (CNN) - As Election Day gets closer, the rhetoric gets more intense, interesting and, shall we say, passionate. Here are some things you might have missed.
Kendrick Meek gets some Heat
Florida Democratic Senate hopeful Kendrick Meek said in a news release that Miami Heat basketball star Dwyane Wade will vote for him next week. Meek needs to have a better performance than the Heat, which lost its season opener to the Boston Celtics this week.
What's next? Chocolates?
Nevada Republican Sharron Angle, hoping to take down incumbent Democratic Sen. Harry Reid, has taken the high road after comedian Joy Behar - a co-host of ABC's "The View" - called her a "bitch." Angle's response? She sent Behar flowers with the greeting "Joy, raised $150,000 online yesterday, thanks for your help. Sincerely, Sharron Angle."
This election so weird things going on candidates attacking anchors and cost to make money
Beautiful Angle!! In your face Behar!! Keep up the good work helping Angle!!

The Miami Heat will be much better as the season progresses .
The players have not played together long enough, but when they jell and become the force that will endure for many seasons you`ll have to eat your premature words . As for Kendrick Meek , I think that he would make an excellent senator for the state of Florida .
