Follow races that matter to you on CNN.com

(CNN) – Use the power of CNN to control how YOU want to get this year's midterm results!

It's called My Races and it's very simple: Enter your zip code, state or type of race at My Races, then choose up to 15 contests to follow.

Pick the top three to create a custom module that will follow you around the CNN.com Election Center - including the CNN.com home page and CNNPolitics.com - providing you with instant access to the latest results on the races most important to you.

You can change your races at any time, selecting among the 435 U.S. House races, 37 U.S. Senate contests or 37 gubernatorial faceoffs, as well as a select number of ballot measures around the country on issues from health care and hunting to marijuana and secret ballots.

Election results will begin feeding to your custom module as soon as polls close Tuesday night. You'll be among the first to know who's winning, who's losing and which races are too close to call.

You can start picking the contests you're interested in now - whether it's an exciting bout between a political upstart and a veteran lawmaker or the results of a statewide ballot measure that may directly affect you.

Check it out.
