San Francisco, California (CNN) - Attorneys representing Arizona and the U.S. Justice Department will face off Monday in an appeals court hearing over the state's controversial new immigration law.
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer has asked the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn a federal judge's July ruling, which blocked the most contested parts of the law the day before it was scheduled to go into effect.
And Brewer vowed to be in court in San Francisco, California, on Monday.
I fully support Arizona's immigration law.
Hopefully, Obama won't be able to destroy it. He doesn't seem to be able to accomplish much of anything.
We will meet Angle at the polls where we will show her which way the Latino vote will swing.
Where is brewer? a few months ago she was front and center.
