(CNN) - Carl Paladino, the Republican gubernatorial candidate in New York, cut short a television interview with CNN affiliate WCAX after the reporter repeatedly asked whether recent remarks he made about New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand are "sexist."
Hard to imagine this guy as Gov. What an embarrassment he is.

This is so typical of republicans. They bash and bash anybody NOT of their party, but when they get asked a simple question about their own bashing of others, they can't take the heat. Why anybody would vote for these wusses is beyond me. They have lost what it takes. Real Americans don't vote GOP.

I will vote for Carl Paladino and I'm a registered Democrat. The man speaks his mind. He can be a little rough around the edges but he cares and wants to fix the mess that NY is in today. So he hurt someones feelings. Too bad....I want a leader not another Mario Cuomo in office.

I understand asking him once. But he answered and she kept wanting to focus on the subject. I'm no Paladino fan by any means, but geez – the question was asked and answered. Seemed to me like SHE was the one trying to define the issues facing the Northeast. Truly the bubble-headed bleach blonde of yore. Is this really what passes for journalism these days?
