Balance of House at center of elections

(CNN) - As polls began to close Tuesday, all eyes were on changes in the makeup of the U.S. House of Representatives, where Republicans were expected to gain a majority in the chamber for the first time in four years.

With about 100 of the 435 House seats at stake considered "in play," or competitive, an anti-Democratic mood was predicted to result in big Republican gains.

Rand will be like a fish out of water in the big city, Washington. He'll be eaten alive. Being from Kentucky and all. (Kind of like
the Beverly Hillbillys). Don't wear white shoes to the White House during President Obama's dinners, now.
