So long 2010, hello 2012

(CNN) - If every end results in a new beginning, then the start of the next race for the White House begins now.

With the midterm elections barely behind them, the dozen or more possible contenders for the 2012 GOP presidential nomination no longer have to keep up the charade that all of their activity on the campaign trail over the past couple of months was solely about helping fellow Republicans this year and had nothing to do with the next race for the White House.

  1. November 2, 2010 - The Day Progressive Socialism was STOPPED! Rollback to continue in 2012!!

November 2, 2010 is a MOMENTOUS, HISTORICAL DAY in America! November 2, 2012 will be even more so where the rest of the Socialist Progressive agenda will be stomped out of existence. If the DemocRATS don't smarten up, they could lose their party to these leftists.

Yeah, there was a lot of trash to take out this year. 2012 will see another steaming pile kicked to the curb.

Hopefully, the what is left of the Democrat liberal and their drug addled supporters will remain blissfully ignorant of why they got their heads handed to them. Right now, the synchophants are telling Obama it had nothing to do with him, so that is good, Since Democrat liberals never take responsibility and always blame things on something or someone else, we should be able to get rid of the rest of them in 2012.

Can you spell GRIDLOCK! Nothing will be done in the next two years, as the GOP has proven they have no idea how the economy works and were able to blow smoke and use mirrors to deflect everything coming their way. They have no NEW ideas, and the OLD ones certainly don't work. Whatever they try in the house will get blocked in the senate and whatever gets by the senate will be VETO'd by the POTUS!!! This will be an interesting, yet predictably boring, two years as the Party of NO will prove that they have NO viable candidates for 2012 and with their inability to get anything accomplished, will prove to the party faithful, that they were duped this November! I know I'm already sick of Boehner and Cantor's smirk while being interviewed last night was incredible. Cantor also stated that the the GOP is now ready to listen to the people!!!
HUH! Proving they haven't been listening yet and only a second chance scolding is going to make them listen. NOT VERY LIKELY!! Good luck everybody!

"Yeah, there was a lot of trash to take out this year. 2012 will see another steaming pile kicked to the curb."

You republicans are so gullible. You've had a 2 year vacation of not governing. Now you have to govern. The President has handed you enough rope to hang yourselves with. And if you think stopping government from functioning is going to get you more seats in 2012, you are sadly mistaken. What suckers!

The obummer agenda has screeched to a halt! Hahahahahaha! How do you statist corporatists like them apples? We got more where that came from, come get some! In all seriousness it's not a good idea to simply swing back to the repubs like idiots. I think this was a strategic move by the american people to shut down the Obama corporate agenda and nothing more. Looking to 2012 either Ron Paul or none at all. Nominate a neocon and I'm voting Obummer!

You know, there are other things happening in the world besides elections. And yet the media has been campaigning for 'rising star of the republican party' after 'rising star of the republican party' already for the last 2 years. I fear to see what else they'll cram down our throats in the next 2.
