The people who will work for you. Because now that you done your purposed the small government run republican will serve their true constituent THE UPPER ONE PERCENT. RICH PEOPLE. The mainstream media is already diverting your attention from it. because honestly the middle class are not that relevant enough until the next election. ISN'T THAT SO CNN?

I was only being sarcastic/cynical. No surprise here. The only surprise would be if Charlie actually received some sort of reprimand.

Now he should be tried in a court of law. The scums think they are above the law. Better than the masses. I dislike and don't trust any politician, regardless of their affilations.

Doesn't mean a thing. It never does. Unless he'd have the good grace to resign.

When Palin faced Ethics violations as Alaska's Governor, she conveniently QUIT. Thus avoiding hearings. Yet, Some Republicans think that she is Presidential material. NOT.

It's about time they came to a decision but it will be a few weeks when we find out what the punishment may be ....
I'm guessing a slap on the hand ....

It was sad seeing the man walking out on the proceedings saying after 30 years of service but then I had to figure he disrespected the office and the service so he should be punished like anyone else. If we see him get his wrist slapped it will be a travesty for non congressmen top be punished harder. Sad but true.

This means absolutely nothing. He will just keep doing what he is doing and we will keep getting what we are getting. I don't even want to say these words, but I have never felt so much hatred for our country and the people running it as I do now. I guess those are harsh words. I LOVE my country I really do. but what are we doing to it? This is just a little sample of what happenes in Washington. I'm sickened by the whole thing. I actually feel like crying and I am a grown man.

I'd like to say I'm suprised it took this long to finally clip this crooks wings, but Congress protects it's own as best as it can. I'd like to know where the criminal investigation is over his mis-reporting his income and skipping taxes.

It's ashame that a crook and con-artist is allowed to remain in Congress where they can continue to find ways of ruining all of our lives. I mean, c'mon, a verbal reprimand???

Fortunately they waited until after the mid-term elections to get this done. Still didn't help the Democratic Washington political machine much. At least Obama can't blame the huge Democratic losses on Rangel.

If he's convicted, he should resign. He won't because he is totally unethical, not just with respect to these charges. He has no honor and never did. He is simply the same type of privilege addicted politician that puts his own good ahead of the country, the people he represents, and the people of his own race, whatever that is since there really are no more reasonably distinct races anymore.
