Senate to vote on food safety bill

(CNN) – The Senate is expected to vote Tuesday on a food safety bill that will give more power to the Food and Drug Administration in an effort to bolster the safety of the nation's food supply.

A version of the bill was passed by the House of Representatives in July of 2009 but has languished in the Senate, a fact that has angered some food safety advocates.

    Looks like the old infected eggs on the hill are trying to distance themselves from the young infected eggs in the coop.
