Palin ratings rebound

(CNN) – Sarah Palin appears to have staying power when it comes bagging Caribou and grilling salmon on her reality television show.

While critics of the former Alaska governor were quick to point out that ratings for the former GOP vice presidential nominee's "Sarah Palin's Alaska" fell by more than half in its second installment one week ago, the most recent iteration rebounded by 17 percent, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

That means 3.5 million viewers - an enviable audience for any basic cable show, much less a potential 2012 candidate - tuned in to TLC to watch the former Alaska governor's somewhat controversial show that has some Republicans like Karl Rove and Joe Scarborough grumbling that one of the party's likely White House frontrunners is looking clearly unpresidential.

Thank you, CNN, for my daily Palin fix. I wouldn't vote for the woman for dogcatcher, but I can't pass up on an article about her. Take her for what she is, folks, an entertainer. She attracts attention to herself, and turns it into profit. The only serious downside is the number of people who are apparently off their medication and think she should be President.

Where is Granny Sarah Grizzlys outrage about the Arizona Death Panels? Why is she fishing when Jan Brewer is denying health treatments to Arizona citizens causing them to die? Brewer is refusing medical treatments because she says they are too expensive. Why is she hunting instead of heading over to Arizona and telling the Governor what to do? She looks just as out of place as Michael Dukakis did in that

What a role model: A person that quit her real job to become a celebrity. That and she acquires everything through her appearance not her intellect. Way to GOP Barbie. Welcome to object women world.

Please stop posting hourly/daily updates on Sarah Palin's life. She is simply not important enough to receive the endless stream of coverage.

If we stop writing about her she would fad away. She has no political office, No political knowledge and she is not that smart.

If she becomes president this country will be a bigger joke then it was when Bush was in charge. Fox would have to spin every mistaken word this bimbo says. SNL would be great, Tiny fay would be rich and America would become destitute.

So, Sarah Palin is "looking clearly unpresidential" in her TV show, huh? Tell me, CNN, who is "presiential"? Let me guess...Barack Obama, right? Well, seeing as how the "presidential" Barack Obama has been able to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to lower the 9.6% unemployment rate, did you guys ever think that Americans might be ready to give an "UNpresidential" candidate like Sarah Palin a try to see if that type of candidate's approach to the economy might work out any better? The way I see it, with all the anti-establishment sentiment in America, these days, and with public trust in government institutions at an all-time low, Sarah Palin's "UNpresidential-ness" might be just the quality that gets her elected to be presient. It worked for George W. Bush and it can work for Sarah Palin, too.

It's a TV show for crying out loud! Those watching a show about Alaska are not an indicator that they would be voting for "Ms. I'll do anything for a buck". I certainly hope that we aren't so superficial that we'll elect someone for their popularity on TV. Remember when she quit her job in Alaska? How much did she really care about the people in Alaska then? And she's yet to show us some knowledge concerning the rest of the world.

To those watchers of this "staged" TV Reality Show – I will bet that they are not going to show the immoral practice of killing wolves and their cubs from helicopters in the tundra which Sarah very much condones!

Let her stick with what she knows and spare me from having to watch it. Let the 3.5 under achievers watch and live vicariously through her stupidity. She is surrounded by very intelligient manipulative puppet masters who are using her as a tool to con the non-thinking class out of their money. (What little they have after fighting Bush's wars and bailing out his banks and oil companies) Notice how Wall Street are still getting their HUGE BONUSES with my tax dollars, while I am still getting ZERO on my savings? Wake up MIDDLE CLASS AMERICAN. Republicans are STILL coning you into thinking HUGE TAX BREAKING for them will create JOBS FOR YOU. If this is true we would be a flood in jobs RIGHT NOW. "WHERE'S THE BEEF" from all the tax cuts we gave them over the past decade. Of course, they did hire some illegal aliens to be their nannys, clean their manions and tend their estates. I forgot about that.

A great man once said, "A sucker is born every minute" and Sarah Palin proves it by bringing them all out at the same time.

CNN wants to have an orgy with Palin because they can't keep her out of the so called news stories as the front lead story. Americans with brains, however, realize Bimbo Barbie is a middle-class hater who thrives on attention because she still thinks she has a chance to win the Alaskan beauty contest. Here you have a self-declared journalist who does not read book or news papers, yet she is trying to sell herself as the best qulified in America for President. If she runs in 2012 America has reachd its lowest point since the Civil War. She is a retarded idiot and so is anyone who places their political or middlle class hopes and dreams and aspirations in her,

    Let us pray,

Dear God please make Barbie fall and hit her empty head on the hull of her boat and get a concussion. Cause her to not wake up until 2013 at which point you have knocked some sense into her and she realizes she is a joke and embarrassment to the world.

    In JESUS name – Amen.

I saw a clip of her from this show beating a fish to death with a club on a different show as they were making fun of her. People are watching this garbage?

Her supporters must be even stupider than I initially thought.

She will continue to garner attention when every change in her viewership, good or bad, land her at the top of every political blog including this one. Just don't mention her and I bet she goes away. It's not her viewpoints and charisma that keep her relevant, it's the constant attention from every media outlet for this hottie.
