Judge in Florida hears challenge to health care law

Sarasota, Florida (CNN) – Opponents of this year's sweeping health care law challenged its validity in a Florida courtroom Thursday, pressing ahead on a second front with their campaign to reverse it.

Just days after a Virginia judge found unconstitutional a key provision of the Affordable Care Act, a judge in Florida heard another challenge to the law, from lawyers representing the attorneys general of 20 states.

    1. Auto insurance mandate !

Under historical interpretations of the Constitution, Congress can dictate the economic activity of citizens so long as that activity will have profound, large-scale effects on the national economy.

** Inaction cost, $9trillion over the next decade, ((Some of CBO analysis : While the costs of the financial bailouts and economic stimulus bills are staggering, they are only a fraction of the coming costs from Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. Over the next decade, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projects that each year Medicaid will expand by 7 percent, Medicare by 6 percent, and Social Security by 5 percent. These programs face a 75-year shortfall of $43 trillion–60 times greater than the gross cost of the $700 billion TARP financial bailout)).

Among the thirty-three industrialized countries in the world, only America has no universal health care. Why do all the leading countries require participation in a universal plan? Because every other country understands that health care is not only a basic right, it is also a necessity, a sane policy protecting the country from plagues and epidemics but also from bankruptcy by providing modern and uniform health care for its people.

if the GOP wants to repeal national health care becuse it is unconstitional than they really need to repeal all laws that say that a hosipital (which is for the most part a for profit company) has to treat you even if you don't have the money or health care to pay your bill. if you can't pay you suffer or die thats the dream of the GOP. you work until you die, no education unless you pay for it, if you don't work you go hungry from your own lazy habits, these to are the goals of the GOP. god gives more wealth to countries that give their wealth to others.. bill gates now works full time to give his wealth away and i think god will make sure he will not run out of money either. bill gates is a true capitalist who cares about his fellow human beings thats why god has given him so much wealth. warren buffet knows how to keep his wealth thats why he has joined with bill gates to give his money to others who have less. greed did not build this country Mr president Raegan people like these men did!
