NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) - Quadrangle investment group founding partner and former Obama "auto czar" Steven Rattner agreed Thursday to pay a $10 million fine in a settlement with the New York attorney general's office over a pension fund scheme.
Rattner was accused of a "pay-to-play" scheme involving New York's pension fund, in which Rattner's Quadrangle allegedly gave kickbacks to officials if they directed state pension money to the fund.
You are who your czars are! had bush or Palin had this connection, the rabid bloodfarts wud no doubt pounce. in the spirit of equality, i say Obamas house of cards is crumbling and no other corrupt politician is more deserving.
Nice to see Obozo is only letting the really really BIG crooks into the highest echelons of government! THIS is precisely why these "czars" need to be vetted and approved by the Senate. Now I wonder what other criminals this incompetent dolt has hanging around the Whitehouse.
Guess what the Oilbama autoczars have been up to?
$5 gas in 2011! Merry new year!
Boy, this President sure can pick them! Sure, it's easy to get a bad apple now and then, but after looking at this President's other czars and cabinet members, it's very easy to see we have a trend of losers! Leadership I CAN'T believe in!
Why no jail time???!!!! Then you read this...
"Two Mississippi sisters who have spent 16 years in prison over an $11 armed robbery"
The justice system in this country is INSANE. These types of "mega-white-collar-criminals" that affect thousands and millions with their schemes NEED TO BE JAILED DOING HARD TIME.
Money talks right or left if you have money no time
It's Bush's fault according to all Obama lovers.
