Washington (CNN) - President Barack Obama will announce key members of his economic team Friday as the administration tries to nudge the U.S. economy into a higher gear, a White House official said.
Gene Sperling will be named as the director of National Economic Council, a key policy post.

I guess the old elitist liberal academic administration members just did not have what it takes to make the economy roll!! At least Obama figured it out later rather than never! Theory is great until you apply it and figure out it does not work... By the way, what happened to all of the economists this administration always quoted as saying the policies being passed is the right path for America to grow the economy? They must have crawled back into their college classrooms with their economic theories crushed!
Mr. President I just received my renewal entry for the DNC.
Please inform those so-called Democrats that you're unfortunately surrounded by that while we stand behind our President, the smae sentiment is NOT extended to them.
Tell them to commit to OPENLY SUPPORTING YOU, your policies, YOUR APPOINTNMENTS.
Tell them that a house divided will NOT prevail, and that we, the voting public, have had enough of their wishy-washiness and GOP tendencies to last us an entire voting cycle.
Tell them, in sum, to get their crap together and MAXIMIZE on the best Christmas gift they've EVER received: the inept, and greedy to the point of blindness GOTeaPers.

The job killing republican party wants to repeal health reform, and their stupidity will add $230 billion to the debt and destroy the future of medicare. They want the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy made permanent which will add $800 billion to the national debt. They want to repeal Wall Street reform and allow the morons who took us to the edge of a global economic disaster another chance. It looks like they did not learn anything during the Bush debacle.
I would feel better about job killing republicans if they exhibited any degree of common sense. Sadly, their entire agenda is based on emotions. They will not help American people, they only want to hurt the president.
Will this be another bunch of left wing losers, tax evaders and left wing, corrupt union bosses like the last ones he had. I don't really think anyone in his right mind would work for this corrupt, incompetent, inept union toady.
If Obama keep focussing on the spenders of the economy and not so much the supply aspect, the economy will keep moving, don't be a repug and only focuss on the supply section hoping for a trickle down effect, their are too many countries depending on the rich, how much more can this trickle down pie divided.
Obambi (after trying to make everyone believe he isn't interested in 2012) gearing up and calling in all the "new & big guns" to help insure his relection in 2012. Robert Gibbs was pushed out by Daley and all knows Dal;ey is there to make sure Obambi gets his supporters back. With that said; watch now for Jarrett to be the next shoe to fall in the old Obambi Regime.
