Oklahoma to challenge health care law

(CNN) - The state of Oklahoma will file a lawsuit within the next few weeks challenging the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul, according to the state's incoming attorney general.

"There is great clarity for me on the necessary and urgent need to exercise my responsibility to defend Oklahoma's Constitution against a federal government and president that have gone too far in their overreach of power and authority," Attorney General-elect Scott Pruitt said in a written statement Friday.

Everybody can 'challenge' the inconstitutionality of a Federal law, evrybody can waste his time and money doing that, it's a Constitutional right to do so.
Only problem is that this guy is (like all the others before and after him) wasting TAXPAYER's money while doing so...

The state leaders of Oklahoma should read the U. S. Constitution. Sadly, those right wingnuts cannot comprehend it anyway.

The more challenges to this idiotic law the better. The American people don't want it. It was shoved down our throats by the democrat liberals and should be sent to the trash heap along with them.

Join the very looong line of states challenging this insanity. If the federal government can force people to buy a product there is no limit to government power and no rights for the individual left.

Why couldn't the government force people on the government dole to get a job or pay a fine or put them in jail? After all, these people are hurting the general welfare of all the taxpayers that are forced to support them and their families, sometimes for generations. And while we're at it, outlaw cheeseburgers and french fries because they make people fat which causes health problems that we all pay. Come to think of it, do any of us have a right to breath the air without government approval? After all, the exhale of carbon dioxide is causing global warming. Maybe we need to just rid of humans? Welcome to the future run by the loonety left!
