Obama SOTU: Clean Energy

(CNN)– President Barack Obama said Tuesday that by 2035, 80% of the nation's electricity should come from clean energy sources.

"I challenge you to join me in setting a new goal," Obama said in remarks prepared for delivery in his State of the Union address. "Some folks want wind and solar. Others want nuclear, clean coal, and natural gas. To meet this goal, we will need them all - and I urge Democrats and Republicans to work together to make it happen."

Gasoline is headed not only to $4 a gallon, but to $6 or $7 after all the jobs in the oil industry Obama has killed, and he attacks the oil industry. And Obama wants to pour more tens of billions of dollars on electric cars when he knows that 50% of the elecltricity in our naton comes from coal which is far dirtier than oil. Obama knows that no matter how many billions he pours into solar and wind that we have to depend on oil for the next 20-40 years. He is going to drive us all into the pour House, both from Government debt and huge cost in the price of energy!
