(CNN) - Celebrity guests will visit the White House Sunday to watch the Super Bowl.
"American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez and her Grammy award winning husband, singer Marc Anthony, will be at the White House with the first family for the football event, CNN confirmed with her publicist.
In an interview on Extra Wednesday Lopez said she "can't believe it."
"I don't know, maybe that's why I don't want to talk about it. I don't even feel like it's real," Lopez said.

What a surprise. The celebrity culture hob nobs with the celebrity president. Why shouldn't the ordinary "Joe" that just goes to work everyday and tries to pay the bills get invited to a party at the White House. Politics, entertainments, sports – you name it........in touch with the common man.......don't think so. Just illustrates how Washington continues to be about the rich and powerful.

What is President Obama thinking by inviting a Fox employee over to watch the super bowl? Was Glenn Beck and his chainsaw/rabbit act not available? Would Glenn have to check his guns at the gate? I think this is the basis for a new Fox conspiracy theory.
Can anyone imagine Ronald Regan or GW Bush having a super star in the WH to watch a super bowl game during a crisis as we now have? But of course w/Obambi this is fine.....after all he is "above" the office of president.

That anchorwoman this morning in the news shows her ignorance when she referred this event as "little salsa in the white house" twice, as if Spanish people are good only for that in nothing else. Her ignorance disregard all the contributions Spanish people has made to the nation across the board and not only "salsa,salsa". Ms. stop refering us with "salsa" is not only getting tiresome but stupid and ignorant. It seems to me that she needs a course in History!
