BBQ is serious business
Mention barbecue and many North Carolinians proclaim "We have the best!" They take it seriously - maybe too seriously.
After announcing that Charlotte will host the 2012 Democratic National Convention, first lady Michelle Obama said in a statement that the city has "great barbecue."

Well people in Kansas City will beg to differ. They claim they have the best barbecue. I don't if they do, but NC has some gooooood BBQ.

The Obamas ought to resign . Right now. It would be wonderful to see how the Dems would react if Charlotte would actually come out and grill Michelle my Belle. Say, why not get Anderson Cooper to do it. After he recovers from his beating from his and Bama's friends in the Egyptian riots. Say, were they Muslims Bros??? Maybe they like BB too Michy.
The veiled attempt to subvert the GOP state to blue, is likely to backfire.
The First Lady isn't up to the same level as some recent First Ladies, which is perfectly fine. But there's no need to post these ridiculous stories and a goofy picture. It's time to step up reporting to a more civil level.
Michele Obama is one VERY wonderful Lady! We could all learn a lot from her gracious manner.

I declare – I know I have cracked on pictures in the past that CNN tends to use for the story and MOST of them – even though they are CRAZY LOOKING – at least went with the story or the person!! This one, I cannot figure out???????????
And then AFTER reading the FULL STORY – What????????????????? Not MUCH about a “GRILLING”!!

Of all of the archived photos available of this country's First Lady...Why would Ed Hornick choose this particularly unflattering one to highlight his article?
BS! People in North Carolina have no idea how to barbecue. That goes for you, too, Tennessee! Texas is where it's at! And that's coming from a guy who hates Texas!
