Yes, let's celebrate the president whose tax cuts doubled the national debt while producing two recessions, whose funding of mujahaden in Afghanistan subsequently became our mortal enemy Taliban, who personally approved the sale of arms to Iran to fund terrorists in Nicarague, who sold weapons of mass desctruction to Saddam, and whose great mythical image in Berlin was just a lame copy of Kennedy's speech at the same location! (it was Kennedy who said that we will stand with the people there, and there were a lot more Soviet tanks pointing their guns at Berlin at the time!)

Put the airplane and helicopter back in use, they look fine to me. No wonder this country is broke!

    Happy Birthday President Reagan.
You were indeed one of the greatest Presidents the world has ever seen.
You are greatly loved and deeply missed.

Ronald Reagan, one of several presidents who was lucky enough not to have been indicted. Somehow I don't understand why the media is playing up (and maybe rewriting history) on this man. What he set into motion some 30 odd years ago is part of why we're suffering today. Where is the greatness in that?
