Birthday present for Palin

Washington (CNN) - If members of the media are wondering what to get Sarah Palin on her birthday, they should look no further than the former Alaska governor's Twitter account.

Palin, who turns 47 today, wrote tonight "Media: ask "Will Obama Admin exert as much 'constructive' pressure on Iranian govt to change & allow freedom ~ as they just did for Egypt?"

Tonight isn't the first time Palin has criticized the Obama administration's handling of Iran. In December, Palin penned an op-ed in USA Today chastising the president's actions in halting Iran's nuclear program.

She wrote, "President Obama once said a nuclear-armed Iran would be "unacceptable." Yet, Iran's nuclear progress still continues unchecked."

This also isn't the first time the potential 2012 Republican presidential contender has weighed in on the unrest in Egypt. Palin told the Christian Broadcasting Network last week that the situation was Obama's 3 a.m. phone call, and that "It seems the call went right to the answering machine."

She went on to explain that she was "not real enthused about what it is that's being done on a national level and from (Washington) in regards to understanding all the situation there in Egypt."

If the half-term gov ever bothered to read a newspaper, she'd discover that Obama has kept up both economic and diplomatic pressure on Iran, contnuing and expanding upon the oplicies of the Bush asministration. But I forgot, Palin's not fond of facts that contradict her gosh darn folksies hunches.

Please, please – can she ever shut her big, uneducated, ill-informed mouth? All she can do is criticize but as usual has nothing to offer. She has nothing to offer because she has never had an original idea of her own.

Does she really think we believe that she understands all the situation there in Egypt? Most of the time when she speaks it's really difficult to understand what the heck she is even talking about.

It's hilarious how she(her speech writers/handlers) portray this image as if she really has any freakin' clue about what's going on in Egypt or Iran.

I notice a lot of "I wonder about" statements but no concrete plan or solutions from Palin. Does she even know where Egypt is?

Stupid woman, Mubarak is gone, the people of Egypt are happy and we didn't have to send in the marines. She is never going to be happy until the whole world goes up in a mushroom cloud that she can see from her front porch.

Even on her birthday she shows the world she is full of hate and clueless about foreign affairs and no happiness for the people of Egypt. Satan must be so proud of Sarah but the rest of the world has had it with her hate for the world and especially how much she hates America.

After reading some of her "quotes", I'm convinced that she has an untreated mental illness. She actually believes the lies she is telling. Palin is a pathetic P.O.S.

Yeah this person has NO room to criticize Obama on foreign policy. She's hardly ever been outside THIS country and until she has immersed herself into another culture she cannot provide any credible international policy criticism.

Who cares what this Bimbo has to say about world policy. She doesn't even know a finger's tip about the world. Somebody put a sock in her mouth. Of course the more she speaks the more she shows her true colors and how stupid she is. If she thinks that she or her daughter Bristol are going to get ino the Federal Govenment they better spit into the wind and feel the results. She may be good eye candy (that could be debated), but having any intelligence, not so much. She only wishes she had 1/2 of the smarts that President Obama has.

I just wish you would all stop covering her every idiotic comment. The media's fascination with her doesn't speak well for the whole industry. And – I can't imagine how or why anyone with a brain would have given her Obama's phone number. Talk about wasting his time!

Based on their vocal support for Mubarak, Palin, Beck and Limbaugh, the spokes people for the GOP, appear to be against democracy in Egypt.

Dear quitter Palin, your comment proves how ignorant and off base you truly are. The pressure came from the people of Egypt. The citizens of Egypt had to lead this revolt, not a foreign countries President. Obama did exactly what he needed to do...support democracy and stay out of the way.

Would somebody explain to this mental midget that the US has NO influence with the Mullahs in Iran. In Egypt, we have a close relationship with their military that we fund to the tune of a couple Billion Dollars. We have nothing but an adversarial relationship with Iran and the nut jobs that run it. How exactly do you expect us to apply that pressure? But then maybe you can see Iran from your house.
