Obama signs bill naming courthouse after slain Arizona judge

Washington (CNN) - President Barack Obama signed legislation Thursday naming a new federal courthouse in Yuma, Arizona, after slain federal Judge John M. Roll.

The 63-year old judge was gunned down in Tucson, Arizona, along with five others last month while he attended an event hosted by his friend U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who was critically wounded in the attack. She is undergoing rehabilitation in Houston, Texas.

President Obama, please do not turn your back to Arizona republicans, they are not too stable. Especially, that one.

It looks like Sen. Kyl skipped out on the photo op. If he's that eager to retire, he should kick rocks now.

Yes, this is a nice thing to do ... but is this the most effective use of Pres Obama's time? Unemployment, 2 wars, bad economy, rising national debt ... and this is what he picks to focus on today? Wow.
