(CNN) - A federal judge in Florida has issued a stay on his ruling earlier this year that the Obama administration's health care bill could not be enforced.
Judge Roger Vinson, in his order Thursday, put a hold on his January 31 ruling and told the administration to expedite an appeal into whether current parts of the law can remain in effect.
I wonder what made him change his mind all of a sudden. Sounds like he's an activists judge if you ask me.
also told the administration to expedite an appeal into whether current parts of the law can remain in effect.
But this won't allow the Obama administration from doing as much damage to our healthcare system as possible! I'm sure the Obama administration has no intention of expediting ANYTHING. They have shown their contempt for the courts (the USSC during the state of the union and the unlawful declaration that DOMA was unconstitutional).
This is why they must GO in 2012!
I told you. 2012 Obama !
I lived in Florida for 10 years and visited family members lots of times before locating there. Having said this, I always considered this state to be ABOVE the south. However, they are becoming more and more in line with GA, AL and MI. I probably won't be spending much time or money there anymore. They have been permanently taken over by confederates.
You and your socialist policies are going down Obummie !!!! If you want to continue your socialist policies Obummie, go see Castro or Chevez. Maybe they will let you hang out with them.
Finally, we can see the beginning of the end of this healthcare monstrosity. It does not matter what governmental program is created, if you can't fund it then it should be thrown out. Also, who honestly believed funding a bill for 10 years and yet providing only 6 years worth of "benefits" was a good idea?
