Palin will visit Israel

(CNN) – Following in the footsteps of several other Republicans considering a presidential bid, Sarah Palin is set to make a stop in Israel following her Saturday speech in New Delhi, India.

“I'm thankful to be able to travel to Israel on my way back to the U.S.,” Palin said in a statement obtained by CNN. “As the world confronts sweeping changes and new realities, I look forward to meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu to discuss the key issues facing his country, our ally Israel.”

Palin last went overseas in December when she visited Haiti on a humanitarian mission. She also visited Kosovo and Germany in 2009.

Other potential GOP candidates to visit Israel in recent months include Mitt Romney, Haley Barbour, and Mike Huckabee.

A Palin aide declined to provide further details about the trip.

  1. Tired of the nonsense

Why would someone very important like Netanyahu ever want to talk to an empty-headed nobody like Palin who has no say-so on anything to do with an allied country? She's a NOBODY!

P.T. Barnum would be rolling over in his grave knowing Sarah Palin has lowered the bar on the 'traveling circus' moniker.

I suppose this may be the best way to get the support of the Jewish high-rollers in the United States. Still, one must wonder why Prime Minister Netanyahu would subject himself to a meeting with this twit. At least he will be visited by the best looking from the current coven of hateful, Republican witches. He could be taking to Angle or Bachman! That would be all of the venom without the eye candy...

Haven't the Jews suffered enough already? If netsnyahu is really meeting with this airhead to "discuss key issues affecting his country", I just lost all respect for him! Call the Israeli embassy closest to you and demand that she not be allowed to touch their land with those ugly feet of hers!!!
I guess she is thankful because she probably is not paying for the trip. That being said . . . . PS to the imbecilic moron from AK . . . . That still doesn't make you a visble candidate for anything short of trash collector in wasilla!!!

Sarah Palin traveling overseas to enhance her grasp of international affairs is, to paraphrase her own words, like putting lipstick on a pitbull. When you're done it's still just a pitbull.

wow, she is so experienced now on the international front. has she figured out that africa is not a country or that iran and iraq and north and south korea two different countries, yet. lmao. is she taking the israeli flag she had in her office as half-governor with her? will she inform the israelis that she likes them because they need to die for her rapture vision to be realized? what a sub-moron. oh that's right - she is a republican.

Is there any way Israel can keep her there for a while???
Give her a show, make her feel important, just make her stay there for a while....

Why are they putting this article on her again? It has already been on here. Who cares where she goes. It will just be another speech bashing the president and the US like she did when she was in China. Wonder if she will let any reporters in? Well they have a question session. Of course she will know the questions ahead of time. She must have to pay big bucks to know the questions ahead of time. Trump should go with her and they both stay there for good. The US couldn't be that luck.

She has said on FOX news, "why would anyone listen to a lil' ole housewife from Wasilla?" My question–why is a world leader meeting with a Facebook blogger, little ole' housewife from Wasilla who has yet to prove she could lead a country after quitting her job. Let's just hope she doesn't drop all the words on him–"no cojones, jackwagon, corrupt bastards, crap, b.s., not no, but hell no"–that she has here. She's lost a ton of support in TX with the vulgar mouth.

Now, I'll sit back and wait to be jumped on by the Palinistas who make the daily trek to all the blogs to defend Palin–but you won't make any headway with the dirty mouth talk. No politician should be talking like that or leading people if they do. She should have a more intelligent vocabulary.

Can they keep her? Maybe that would give us a few days of rest from circus palin.

Palin's name is so appropriate, if you get the "l" out!

I wonder if she is going to bring her Jews for Jesus friends with her. You know, the ones she shared the stage with at her church who said that the Jews deserve all the bad things that have happened to them because they betrayed Jesus.

Why would any legitimated representative of a foreign nation meet with a irrelevant flake like Palin? She has no official standing in the United States and is much more likely to say something stupid that will make our situation in the Middle East worse than to create positive benefits to the US and others. The woman is dangerously loose lipped, unintellegent, and uninformed/ill-informed. Confidence and incompetance are a bad combination.

Wow, now she can tell the truth for once that she has a passport to prove that she has traveled out of the country. Such an idiot. Between her and Bachmann I do not know who is the most stupid. What is she telling them that she sees Russia from her house?

why do we care? She holds no office – she's a private citizen since she went AWOL as governor of the least populated state in the union. Why does CNN keep reporting on this airhead? I come here looking for news, not trivia about wacko has-beens.
