(CNN) – A Wisconsin judge issued a temporary restraining order Friday, halting the Wisconsin budget repair bill from becoming law, the Dane County District Attorney's office said. The proposal in part limits collective bargaining rights of union members and has been the subject of fierce protests in the state.

It's absurd to think that you can prevent people from forming uniions. Might as well try to amend the constitution to disallow peacable assembly. If you're anti-union, then don't hire them, but you cannot prevent unions. Republican morons.
One judge outdoes how the elected governor, elected legislature, and thereby the people of Wisconsin want to run their state. Guess this means the state workers now get laid off as opposed to losing some powe. Great.
