Rep. Paul makes exploratory committee official

Washington (CNN) – Republican Rep. Ron Paul of Texas officially announced the formation of a presidential exploratory committee Tuesday in Des Moines, Iowa, a move CNN reported Monday.

He also revealed his Iowa leadership team who will be three elected members of the Republican Party of Iowa's State Central Committee, the 17-member Board of Directors of the Iowa GOP, according to a press release from the congressman.

    I'd like to know why he thinks they bothered to put a prohibition on titles of nobility in section 9 of the Constitution.
