(CNN) - Donald Trump is taking full credit for the release of President Obama's birth certificate.
"I am very proud of myself. I have accomplished something nobody else has accomplished," he told reporters in New Hampshire Wednesday.
"I want to look at it, but I hope it's true," the business mogul also said. "He should have done it a long time ago."
"I am really honored to have played such a big role in hopefully getting rid of this issue," added Trump.

This situation was like when Black people had to take literacy tests in order to vote – we have to prove ourselves at every turn. Its wrong, bigot and disrespectful to the office of President. But, I do hope that when another minority with the last name of Hernandez, or Chun, or Polinski is elected President, we will be able to conduct ourselves with more maturity. What Trump has "accomplished" is making himself look like a total idiot and nothing more. Trump claimed the birth certificate was missing. Releasing yet ANOTHER type of birth certificate has only proven Trump to be a liar. President Obama had already released (in 2008) the copy that the state gives to people who request it, there were birth announcements in the newspaper, and President Obama was issued a US Passport (which requires proof of birth in the US). This new certificate is simply the one the state keeps. But, it will still not be enough for the crazy birthers who will simply claim it is a forgery or some other silliness. Tea Partiers could care less about facts and reality. President Obama has intelligence and class far above and beyond Trump and the rest of the Tea Party idiots.
This will probably be the only clip of Trump's interview that CNN will show on its sight. Trump went on a tear for about 15 minutes afterwards. CNN will not show that I bet.

now that the birth certificate has been put out there when will trump release his finances? trump is a jack ass. now they need to get into trumps back ground and find out where is his money at and who's name he put the money in. he has been saying that he is broke now lets really find out if he is or is he hiding something.
Personally I would rather vote for Ron Paul at this point.

Now Donald, about those financial records you promised: we want them for the last 30 years, and please include your involvement in the USFL. We want to know the details of your divorces as well, and we want to know if you have been been paying your fair share of taxes as well. Fianlly, we want the records of every high and mid-level employee you've terminated, and why they have been terminated, as well as their statements as to the circumstances of their termination. If you are serious about this job, you will do exactly as we say, since we will employ you. If you want to claim credit for ending this idiocy on the birth certificate, thats fine, but show us something about yourself beyond your carefully crafted image. Let us decide on our own: we are more than capable of deciding if you are fit for the office. If you can't stand the scrutiny, then get out.
