One day after President Obama released his long-form birth certificate - to end what he called a distraction of "side shows" and "carnival barkers" - some still question his eligibility to serve in the White House.

No matter what this president does is always going to be criticized. His problem is that he's president while black. Has any other president in history been hounded to produce their birth certificate? These are sad times.
C'mon, the bigots and haters will never yield to the facts and reality. They're just seething in their own miserable souls that a black man is more intelligent and successful than they could ever dream of being. They're losers, and their directing their self loathing and resentment at the president instead of looking in the mirror.

Birthers never did, and never would, vote for Obama. So let them rant and rave all the way to Nov. 12. The more they make fools of themselves, the more level-headed and mature Obama looks to voters.

Hehe...he released the birth certificate yesterday so these unmbskulls could take it from ludicrous to plaid and thereby further marginalize themselves. I am a 20+ year Republican, and I am angered – but more importantly saddened for our country over recent remarks by Donald Trump. As a nation, we have significant problems. Problems not created by this administration, but from years and years of misguidance. Sure, many of us have benefited from it. But to think that as a nation are going to allow a businessman – a billionaire – someone who has no clue what the masses are dealing with – to judge – air an opinion worthy of listening to is beyond me. Mr. Trump represents what was wrong with Wall St. He didn't invest in America, he barley hired in America. And now he is judging a President – our President – on issues that make no sense. Why is anyone listening to this.
I've been amused with him from a business perspective and have enjoyed his show. But Mr. Trump – you have stepped over the line – wrongly so. Get a grip on the BS your dishing out. Case in point – how disrespectful you were to your own employee when going to the poles. If you were so interested – committed to what happens in government – perhaps you should have known where the pole was yourself. Or....is that beyond you?
well to make all stupidity even there are still some on the left that think President Bush knew about 9/11 . So no this is not going to die because there are folks that want to keep it going. Besides there are folks that went to their graves thinking the moon landing was a fake. I'm sure there will be some that do the same here too.

Now that Obama got away with avoiding transparency, or accountability, by simply insulting, shaming, and ridiculing anybody who has the audacity to question him, he can get away with anything ... and, everybody had better rubber stamp whatever he does, or says, with a smile of approval on their face ... or, Obama ... and his blogging / media 'Brown Shirts" ... will turn them into pariahs. I saw video today of the "Mother of All Birthers" being thrown off the air by Lawrence O'Donnell. The woman called Obama an "animal" and that is when poor Lawrence just totally lost it.
Somehow I think this presidency will do more to increase awareness of racism. Society as whole will begin to realize that it racism is something that should be treated with zero tolerance. Of course, it will never go away. White America is beginning to get a glimpse of what life is like for middle class black America. This is what the POTUS must go through.
Can you imagine what the average black man or woman must put up with? Anyone ever heard of the book, "Black Like Me"? Read it and get a glimpse as to what it is like to be a black American.
I guess it is asking too much of our President to exhibit some of the transparency he is always spouting off about. The MSM never vetted him in 2008 because they endorsed him and sold him to the American people. Why is this guy being so secretive about everything? Just let out all the information and let the American people decide what is worth discussing and what is not.
Obama produced his legit birth certificate. Uh Duh. So now lets have The Donald produce a litter certificate for the animal posing on his head as a comb over. What a big old blow hole!
Well of course no birth certificate can change the fact that he's black, which seems to be the biggest problem for most birthers.
I knew releasing that long form BC was a mistake. Once he gave into one thing then these dumbnut birthers were going to come back harder for more. He was better off not pandering to these people like he was doing.
So now they move to his grades at Columbia and Harvard. No, of course it's not blatant racism. Why is it so hard for the teabagging crowd to believe that a black (and white) man can be 100, no, 1000 times smarter than they?

I want details about how Obama was delivered! Per the Constitution he must be a "Natural born citizen". Was his birth a natural birth, or was he delivered by C-Section? If he was delivered by C-Section then it wasn't a natural birth, therefore Obama is not a citizen and therefore he is not qualified to be the President! I want to see the medical records!

Obama graduated magna cum laude. An achievement granted to those that have had academic performance greater than 90% of those in the graduating class.
