Washington (CNN) - A conservative legal watchdog group has filed the first lawsuit seeking public release of video and photographs of the U.S. military raid and aftermath that left al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden dead.
Judicial Watch is asking the Department of Defense to comply with a Freedom of Information request for the material, especially photos of the September 11 mastermind lying dead on the third floor of his Pakistan hideout. The legal complaint to force compliance was made in federal court in Washington on Friday.
Nothing need's to change. Who funded these operation's? Tax payer's dollar's do. Excuse me David, don't we all pay taxes here? And I for one want to see the photos as well as the rest of America. The whole world saw people jumping out of the WTC and the building collapsing, yet Obama said the picture's are "Too Graphic." Well, nothing can be as graphic as 9/11 was. The whole OBL plot stink's to me. At first it was state that he resisted fighting, then he didn't. Then his wife was sacrificed to protect him, then she never was involved, the media said he was in a $1 million dollar mansion, and it turns out to be poor building (without air condition may I add). And to bury him into sea is NOT the proper burial for muslim's. It's their body pointing to the direction of Mecca being buried not by swimming with the fishes.
As for Tora Bora, OBL could've been killed or captured. Bush gave the order to let him escape. We had over 800 troop's that could've captured him, but instead we opened up the back door for his escape because we all need a "Boogie Man" for this faux war on terror.
OBL had kidney failure and needed Dialysis Machine to survive. Why didn't anybody disclose the Dialysis Machine or show picture's of it? As far as I am concerned OBL has been dead since late 2001 early 2002 from this Hepatitis C and Marfan Syndrome. Yet, in all of these pictures after 2002 he appear's to be healthier and healthier. Did OBL find the fountain of youth? I doubt it.
Don't be so gullible David and stop drinking the kool-aide.
Family values people, they love graphic violence but act like the sky is falling if you see part of a live human body. What is pornographic to you, nudity or violence?
Clam it! NO photos – why jeopardize or antagonize!
