Very classy Granholm... Honestly, is this all you have to do with your time? Pretty pathetic. Is this what politics has devolved to?

Tacky and sexist tweet from Gov Granholm. Cute comment for lunch with the girls...not to tweet to the public.

It makes you wonder where Granholm was going with this. Is the issue that governors' wives have cheating husbands so we need women governors to cheat on their husbands so as to not discriminate against wives? And let us pity Pete who somehow may suffer if guys don't keep their pants zipped!

I'm sure Maria and her children appreciates your tasteless text Granholm. Just another classless Democrat showing their true character.

For the party of "Christians", and "Family values", the Republican/Tea Party certainly has a problem with morality: Gingrich, Ensign, Craig, Sanford, Mark Foley, Bob Livingston, and on and on.
Now I know Republicans are n't the only politicians with issues, but it really seems to be a problem for them- and a hypocritical one at that. This behavior from the party that impeached Clinton?

Sexist nonsense. Women cheat on men. Men cheat on women. Monogamy is a biology standard, but prolonged monogamy is a cultural one. Get over it and grow up. These are private matters, and unless they have affected our leaders' performances, they have no place in a mature political discussion.

Why do all the immoral and valueless leftists and Democrats criticize what turns out to be one of their own??!! Arnold was always a womanizer. This was no secret to Maria.

And BTW, Bill Clinton lied to the entire country on TV about it. Did it in the Oval office while conducting business. Then committed PERJURY. A tad more serious than Arnold who has done none of that. The Cigar Man is in a league of his own when it comes to this stuff!

I may be conservative, but there was nothing wrong with what she said ... Liberals too realize we still have freedom of speech and decided to use it

Why even bother. Arnold isn't a govenor anymore. This is matter between himself, Maria and their family. No business to anyone else

    @Democrat Class Warfare
"..Is this what politics has devolved to?" To a large degree, it has unfortunately devolved to this point. Ready for some thought provoking news? Your needless, pointless comments (including those on the democratic side – you know who you all are) do nothing to help. Again, I see and hear nothing from you (and your democratic counterparts) but the same old, useless finger pointing. What makes you and your counterparts think you are somehow right on anything, when you yourselves offer nothing in the way of solutions or ideas?

Bill Clinton left behind a balanced budget with 4 years of balanced budgets behind it. Arnold left behind a $12B dollar deficit.

A humorous (schadenfruede) comment that is unimportant to any issues of governance. Anyone who is calling her sexist and a horrible person for tweeting this is just a right wing poser. Anyone who is calling this a brilliant political insight is just a left wing follower.

This comment is humorous and completely UNIMPORTANT. Anyone who assigns importance to this comment is rather dumb. Granholm was not posting this as something to be taken seriously or importantly. Many of the posters replying here are just showing more about themselves than anything else.

Just another one of the Hollywood crowd that rules our Government. Although I have no ideal what part our Obama would play. Other than maybe the Jerk or Erkel the Joke.

Boy, the right wing loons really hate "freedom of speech" when comments are directed at one of their own. Typical righty hypocrites!

We don't need more women. We just need fewer governors.

Why is she commenting on this? What does this contribute to the debate. His acts were despicable, but more importantly, keep your mouth shut, Granholm, you embattled failure.

I wholeheartedly agree, because there were no adulterous women involved in this situation. Oh, wait...

So does that mean women governors never cheat on their husbands, or they cheat but either do not admit it or don't get caught? I think the stats are not too far apart between men cheating vs. women cheating.
