Washington (CNN) - In the wake of Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels' decision not to run for the Republican presidential nomination, there is debate among Republican activists about whether the universe of interested candidates will grow or whether it is pretty well set.
Consultants not involved in the campaigns told CNN to expect more intense focus to be put on some of the leading party figures who have so far sat out the race to rethink their decisions.
Take the money from Saudi for oil. Ignore Energy independence, rise Oil prices, so that you can make real good money and retire in either Crawford, Texas, or Dallas suburbs. How about that. Idiots. You can cry on Health Care, and Financial Regulation, to drain further and rob this nation. No GOP thugs to the nation. Deomcrat 2012. Obama2012.
Another Bushie bites the dust, another one is gone. This is a good day for America.
The United States, dodged a real big land mine here.
Daniels had no strong policy message to deliver. The Republican Party is lacking a message that is acceptable to most Americans. Hard right ideology, like what the Ryan Budget Plan sends, is not it. The special election in New York will be interesting. It should give both parties an opportunity to refine their policy messages.
GW Bush's ex-budget director? He made a good decision NOT to run. Now he needs to deal with that nonsense he signed about Planned Parenthood.
It takes money to do maintenance on roads, schools, etc. Don't EVER LET ANOTHER CORPORATE TAX CUTTER IN THE OFFICE. Our country was ruined by a republican, it will take decades to undo the decay and rot that happened the previous 8 years of a BUSH.
