(CNN) - The House of Representatives has voted against a resolution expressing support for the U.S. role in the NATO-led military campaign in Libya.
The House is expected to vote on a bill later today sharply restricting funding for U.S. military actions in Libya. While the bill is believed to have little chance of passing the Senate, approval in the House would be widely viewed as a rebuke of President Barack Obama's policy in the North African country.
