Nation's largest teachers union endorses Obama re-election

(CNN) - A year earlier than usual, the nation's largest teachers union on Monday endorsed President Barack Obama for re-election in 2012.

The National Education Association, which represents 3.2 million teachers and administrators, approved the recommendation from its political action committee at its annual meeting in Chicago.

    Well duh. If anyone is going to support obama it's govt. workers and public sector unions. But he's got the identity politics down. The black vote, the Hispanic vote, the union vote, the welfare vote, the single mom vote, the medicaid vote, the gay vote. It's special interest against the general population.
