(CNN) - Sarah Palin's political action committee raised over $1.6 million in the first half of 2011, according to a report set to be released Thursday.
She now has approximately $1.4 million cash on hand despite having spent almost $1.6 million over the same period, according to Sarah PAC. But the funds raised cannot be used for a potential run for the White House in 2012.
The PAC contributed $65,000 to other candidates and donated $18, 700 to the Young America's Foundation, during the same period.
"We at Sarah PAC are very pleased and grateful for the tremendous support that Governor Palin receives from everywhere across our country," Tim Crawford, treasurer for Sarah PAC said. "Sarah PAC more than doubled the amount we raised as compared to the same time period in 2009. We received more that 36,700 contributions from over 24,000 contributors."
Palin is still deciding whether to run for president in the next election and has said she will make a decision in the next few months.

Just today CNN took yet another undeserved slam against Palin. Basted her because she commented "Americans need to reload with reality".
CNN had a hysterical fit because Palin wasn't taking in consideration what happened to Gabby.
Yet cry baby Pres. goes on TV and clearly states "Republicans have a gun to American people's head."

Maybe, since you are so bright and...(excuse me, I was throwing up), you could fix our fiscal problems with that. What is the fraction of 1.6 million compared with 86 million raised by the President. If I was Sarah I would not even dare to annoumce anything, as she is not obliged to do so.
Palin should have to donate it to a charity (non-Republican). This money was gathered under false pretenses. Palin is NOT running for President and is just out trying to get as much money for herself personally as she can before she finally becomes irrelevant. She is not a leader just a lunatic in need fo constant attention to her ego.

If their figures are correct they take in 36,700 contriutions fro over 24,000 contributors. That means that she has at least 12,700 complete morons giving her money more than once.
She is really not giving a lot of that money to anyone else but how else is she going to finish her family vacation (minus the prop child, of course) with a mere $1M. This is another cry for more money for her to waste on something she will never accomplish!!!
