Palin's advice on debt ceiling: 'Reload with reality'

(CNN)-Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin had sharp words for both President Obama and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell late Wednesday as she criticized their handling of the looming debt ceiling deadline.

"It's absolutely nonsensical the lack of planning that our leaders are exercising and showing their constituents coming out of D.C. right now," she said.

The 2008 GOP nominee for vice president pulled no punches in an appearance on Fox News when it came to the actions of the president, whom she blamed for "big government job killing policies" and "fearmongering tactics" or McConnell, who proposed a short term plan she claimed "makes no sense."

"It does cede power to our president and takes away that authority that is inherent in Congress to control the economic decisions that have to be made when it comes to debt," Palin said of McConnell's short-term strategy to increase the debt ceiling in three increments.

"We cannot afford to back off and hand him a white flag saying, 'Here Mr. President we trust you you take over, you do it' because our president has failed in that area," she continued.

And though there's blame to go around, for Palin, the buck stops with Obama.

"Our president is essentially suggested the other day that he's not able to prioritize, as the chief executive of our nation he can't prioritize," she stated.

Palin, who said she'll decide on a bid for the 2012 GOP nomination for president by August or September, also gave advice to Republicans engaged in debt negotiations with the executive-in-chief.

"We cannot default but we cannot afford to retreat either, now is not the time to retreat. It's the time to reload and we reload with reality," she said.

Palin for Pres !!!!! Go Sarah go !!!! She can't do any worst than the jack a$$ in charge now. At least she proposes to cut in spending not raise the ceiling and hope the economy suddenly turns around and everything works out for the best. Obama has his head up someones a$$ so far that he smells all the way over here !!! You try spending yourselves out of dept....LOL...Keep spending money you do not have and see when the bank will foreclose on your house or the repo man comes and gets that car you love so much....
Come one now...Budget cuts are the only way, serious and deep cuts and when you start "floating" meaning that the deficit is at ZERO and the dept starts to equalize, then invest back into the market, big companies, small companies and tax breaks to low and middle class families....Till then.....Eat your crust, stay home and hunker down on the spending Mr Obama !!!

One would have thought that $P might have the brains to forego using the term "reload" ever again after the Gabby Giffords incident, but then again TASTE totally eludes this totally stupid woman!!!

Ms. $P hasn't had enough attention to suit her for several days, so being the media whore that she is, she had to get that face back in the news again, lest we might all GRATEFULLY FORGET!! This woman just continually repeats the same old sound bytes, but has no solutions for ANY of the problems that face this nation. Her only "solution" is to get attention by yammering away at the President with the same old, tired platitudes! She can't even adequately handle taking care of her own children to keep them out of trouble, nor can she tolerate any sort of criticism, but somehow believes she is "qualified" to be the POTUS!! Good Lord, the President is criticized day and night! She could never handle that kind of scrutiny! She could never even handle her own nasty comments that she is constantly flinging at Obama-she isn't thick-skinned enough!

Give us and the rest of the WORLD a break, $P, and slither back under the rock from which you emerged, and take your dysfunctional family with you–we are sick of them too! We don't LIKE you, we don't WANT you, and contrary to what you believe, you are NOT the center of the universe!

Wow wow wow. So what exactly did Mrs. Palin suggest? That congress is in charge but the President somehow is responsible? She cannot have it both ways – either it is up to congress or it is up to the President. The absurb metaphors must stop – what on earth does reloading with reality mean? Given the fact that her daddy had to load her rifle for her, perhaps not the best idea!!!!

Oh good. A whole of hot air punctuated with another "reload" comment. Maybe someone will get shot again.

Palin, please return to Alaska and retire to a quiet life of moose-hunting. The less you are allowed to speak publicly, the better our chances of raising the collective IQ of this country, if only by a little.

The woman who singlehandedly transformed the People's House in 2010 (Representatives) when not even running continues to show her brilliance while driving the left completely bonkers. Republican (lack of) leadership is clearly her next target, along with the Senate–who has now illegally gone 800 days without a budget. Even if Obama wins in 2012, he'll be neutered with a hostile Congress. She doesn't need to run. She is the king maker. I don't like a lot of her positions on issues, but only a fool would ignore her influence. She has more Twitter friends than CNN has viewers. Please continue to call her names and underestimate her. More grist under the bus.

It is like nails on the blackboard...
She is all over the place with her comments, very incoherent.
A half term governor, a quitter and incompetent politician who has turn to celebrity, is telling others how to run this country.

So what is Palin's solution... a vague "reload with reality" aah yes coming from Miss reality tv show, yes Miss beauty pageant with short unconstructed sentences, yes Miss quit in the middle of your governorship...
Why are the "C thru F" grade level folks so hyped about this dingbat?

Hey Sarah, maybe your President has failed but mine has been a success – he has stopped this nation from economic ruin and if it wasn't for the lunatic Republican right, he might actually have had us a stronger road to recovery by now.

"It's absolutely nonsensical the lack of planning that our leaders are exercising and showing their constituents coming out of D.C. right now," – this sentence is nonsensical. With all her new money she could at least sign up for elocution classes. Right after thos history lessons I guess, huh?
