At this point I am just ready to end the drama and the constant coverage which only makes us look like childish fools to the rest of the world.

The same world that used to look to us for our compassion, composure, intelligence and smart leadership. The globe used to look to us to be the grown-ups.

However, we have now shown the entire world, Congress is just a very, very expensive day care center.

PLEASE point out to me what the "shared sacrafice" the president has been preaching about since day one of this crisis is in this bill. For the life of me I don't see it and I can not see why any Republican would not vote for this bill.

These people should be reasonable and do what is good for the country. They do not need a gunpoint in order to do what is right. Just vote the right way and let us all move forward.

Now that the GOP and their millionaires/billionaires along with a lot of corporate sponsors have avoided sharing thru tax breaks they don't need, WHEN WILL THEY ANNOUNCE ALL THE JOBS THEY CLAIM THEY CAN CREATE TO GET OUR ECONOMY ROLLINg? What jobs have they created since Pres. Bush allowed them the privilage to enjoy more of their money? The old saying "The Rich get richer and the Poor get poorer" applies to us now!

It is great that an agreement has been reached. It would have been greater if this had not been necessary in the first place. Politicians need to create a new image: 1) try to serve the people who put them in offiice 2) try to honor the Christian principles as started by our founding fathers 3) always make decisions according to our Constitution and the Declaration of Independence 4) as true Christians – immediately defund organizations that support abortions . . .
Do you really believe that Jesus supports slaughtering innocent human beings in their mothers' wombs? If you do, you are not a Christian. In fact, you are not a human (spirit & animal). What do you think brought on all these problems in our
country? It is easy to be pro-choice when you are not the one being killed!

Actually, entitlements didn't become a problem until Reagan introducd us to voodoo economics. This is what 3 decades of trickle down and deficit spending have bought us.

If the house passes this mess moody's will down grade and we will collapse. If Obama wants fairness, collapsing the country is sort of a way to get that. So hope you got enough ammo. This is going to turn into an all out gun fight. The people who are paying for all this are beyond angry.
