Palin's 'domestic terrorist' punch to Obama

(CNN) - Sarah Palin responded to unsubstantiated accusations that Joe Biden called the tea party "terrorists" over their role in the debt ceiling negotiation, saying President Obama should look into his own past with Bill Ayers if he wants to see "domestic terrorists."

"He didn't have a problem palling around with Bill Ayers back in the day when he kicked off his political career in Bill Ayers' apartment," the former Alaska governor said Tuesday night on Fox News. "You know, shaking hands with Chavez and saying he doesn't need any preconditions with dictators … wanting to read U.S. Miranda rights to alleged, suspected foreign terrorists."

If she and Fox host Sean Hannity were "real domestic terrorists," Palin said "heck, shoot, President Obama would be wanting to pal around with us, wouldn't he?"

Multiple Democratic sources said Democratic members of Congress vented to the vice president about tea party lawmakers who "negotiate like terrorists." As they spoke, Biden said "well now we've taken away their weapons of mass destruction," meaning the Republicans could not use the debt ceiling as leverage with Democrats in the future.

Biden's press secretary, Kendra Barkoff said the word "terrorists," "was used by several members of Congress. The Vice President does not believe it's an appropriate term in political discourse."

Obama's association with Ayers, the '60s communist radical, raised brows during the 2008 presidential campaign. Although, the two knew each other in Chicago, Ayers denied a close relationship with the president.

Palin said if the president were serious about improving the rhetoric in the U.S., as he called for in his speech following the Tucson shooting, he would tell the vice president to "tone it down a little bit."

"That is typical of our president, where it's, blah blah blah, you know it's all talk and no real action," Palin said.

The former 2008 vice presidential candidate, who is publicly considering a run for the White House, said she is "getting closer" to a decision. And she criticized 2012 GOP frontrunner Mitt Romney, who she said did not take a stand early enough in the debt ceiling debate.

"I do not have respect for what he has done in this debate," Palin said. "He waited until it was a done deal … and then he came out and made a statement that he didn't like the deal after all."

Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, kept his distance from the debate ahead of the agreement between Congress and the White House. After a deal was reached he issued a statement in which he said the president's leadership "pushed the economy to the brink at the eleventh hour."

"You know, you can't defer an issue and assume that the problem is going to be avoided," Palin said.

When asked if any presidential candidates met her test, Palin cited Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota.

"She spoke out and she cast her vote according to her principles. She stood true," Palin said. "Long time to go still, with debate, with discussion on who the right candidate will be, I'm not prejudging the field at this point."

As much as what Biden said was wrong and stupid, Sarah Palin proved again that she is as far from presidential herself, as a bin laden was from being a saint. She's trying to reduce this to a schoolyard fight of "oh yeah, well you are terrible too because you did this nah!"

An intelligent response from a potential leader would have been the accusations were unfounded and have no just position in our political system. Something like if Mr. Biden would like to back them up she would like to debate them, otherwise he should apologize. Something like that.

Palin proves herself to be a narcissistic wanna-be politician who continues to try to thrust herself into every debate and lower it to most childish means possible.

  6. The Day of Financial Reckoning is HERE - The Great Democrat Welfare Society Ends

The Democrats are domestic terrorists! When one realizes that the central goal of Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi is to "bring America to it's knees" financially with marketplace distabilization through bankruptcy.

Here we go again, she is nothing more than a low class hick who know how to do nothing but divide, divide and divide. If Biden made the comment why not confront Biden. This woman would never become president, I am sure some one would take care of her right away!

I actually want Sarah Palin to run, so that she can be exposed as a "glass house". It seems very obvious that Palin is not running, but has prolonged her answer to running to keep up her book, and bus tours. This speaks volumes of money grabs. The light on Palin is flickering. She knows this, because it is too obvious. Who would Sarah be without the media. She has no policy, no foundation, and she keeps looking for Ronald Reagan's jock strap. Sarah Palin is no Ronald Reagan.

Sarah – Inciting the assassination attempt of Rep Gifford was domestic terrorism. That's what the TEAdious Party specializes in. She is so full of hot air, she should be considered a WMD. One day, that hot air is gonna build up and build up until it explodes, killings thousands with her noxious gases. GO AWAY nitwit.

Tired, so tired of the spin that the Tea/GOP puts on everything to try to "win" points. Being the 5th grade bully is nothing to aspire to! Thank goodness that we are onto their selfish, corrupt agenda. Enjoy your 15 minutes because next election, you are out of office!

Joe Biden gave a little insight on an Obama second term. May be shocking for some but not for those of us who know the history of like minded socialists to this brand known as Democrats and just what most Democrats wish they could do to their conservative neighbors.

Their plan is not practical because the US military will not turn on its own citizens, but the Democrat is so controlled by its hate that it is incapable of thinking rationally.

Just remember if you vote Democrat you are saying that flying planes into buildings is not terrorism, but wanting our government to stand for equality and fairness for all Americans is terrorism, Joe Biden confirmed this for all of those who didn't want to do their homework on the reality of the modern day American Democrat.

Whatever, Sarah. This is just another disgraceful episode of Sarah's Follies. Aren't you the one who said she didn't want to stand in front of Obama's death panel and beg for the life of your baby? Intellectually, there's not much difference between you and the homeless guy ranting down by the railroad tracks.

“And she criticized 2012 GOP frontrunner Mitt Romney, who she said did not take a stand early enough in the debt ceiling debate.
"I do not have respect for what he has done in this debate," Palin said.

sarah, with your classless, hateful background, YOU are NOT in any position to be judging others!
Let’s not forget your SHAMEFUL attention-getting stunt after the tragic shootings in Tucson in which you released your early morning poor-me "Blood Libel" video on the very day that President Obama and many others were attending a memorial service for the victims of that horrible shooting. On a day when YOU should have been respectful and kept your trap shut, you had to make it all about yourself!

You have to make EVERYTHING about yourself. You’ve got a massive ego and no justification for it. Were you showing respect for Mitt Romney when you were 15 miles from where Mitt Romney was announcing his presidency in New Hampshire, stealing the spotlight on his big day?! No!

And were you showing respect for Michele Bachmann by being in Iowa the day Bachmann officially announced her presidential run? No!

If one were to look up “disrespect” in the dictionary your photo would be there. So don’t be telling us about who you respect or don’t respect. YOU DON’T HAVE OUR RESPECT SO WE DON’T CARE WHAT YOU THINK!

This organization behavior during this debt ceiling Has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are extremist and fiscal terrorist. TERRORIST – a person who terrorizes or frightens others. That is the definition in the dictionary of a terrorist. The Tea Party is an extremist group and fiscal terrorists. Any group or organization that does not want to listen or conceder anyone else’s opinion and would rather see their government default on payments causing markets to collapse and cause their country further economic hardship is a terrorist organization. Why are we even listening to half term governor from a remote state.
