   While plausible, cutting spending will lengthen and deepen the recession, likely into depression.

   Of course the majority of people say tax the rich. 50% of Americans pay NO FEDERAL TAXES !!!!! It's easy to say tax the rich when they don't pay anything. I say if you don't have any "skin in the game" you shouldn't have a say in anything including the right to vote.
