Washington (CNN) – Just how conservative is tea party darling Rep. Michele Bachmann?
According to new rankings released Friday by Heritage Action, sister organization to the Heritage Foundation, a Washington right-wing think tank, the Minnesota congresswoman is the ninth most conservative congressional member.
Described as “a comprehensive and revealing barometer of a lawmaker’s willingness to fight for conservative policies in Congress” on the organization’s website, the Heritage Foundation’s legislative scorecard ranks members based on decisions made through “30 votes and 5 co-sponsorship scores in the House and “19 votes and 4 co-sponsorship scores in the Senate.”
The scorecard compares each congressional vote against a “preferred” vote by Heritage Action, the grassroots arm of Heritage Foundation, one of the oldest and most-recognized conservative policy centers in the nation.
South Carolina GOP Sen. Jim DeMint takes the top spot as the most conservative legislator, but Bachmann is the highest ranking 2012 GOP presidential contender with a score of 94 percent.
Texas Rep. Ron Paul scored 76 percent, followed by Michigan Rep. Thad McCotter at 68 percent.

That's great news! After having Obama, the Senate's most liberal member, in the Whitehouse for 4 years and witnessing the devastation he has brought upon this country, we could use some conservative common sense in the Whitehouse. Our very survival may be riding on it.

The fact is Heritage Foundation doesn’t know the meaning of conservatism
As a conservative I see real conservatism in moderate democrats from red states and moderate republicans from blue states

Conservatism is like a cancer. It no longer deals with fiscal well being, but focuses on denying women's rights, denying religious freedom, denying equality, and encouraging class warfare while catering to billionaires and big corporations.

2) Bigot
3) Evilness
4) Deception
5) Welfare

God told her to run for president, vote against the poor people, deny the uninsured health care, support wars in the middle east, and destroy the middle class. God also told her to support the wealthy and big business. Kind of makes you wonder who her God really is.

This is an obvious dupe if I've ever seen one. Out of all the GOP candidiates, Ron Paul by far wants the have the smallest federal government and limit federal spending, which is the core of conservatism.

Yep, no support for human rights, the environment, veterans benefits, workers rights, education, women's and children's health. Sounds presidential to me.
