BLITZER’S BLOG: Obama avoids tough talk on Israeli-Palestinian conflict

New York (CNN) – I listened closely to President Obama's United Nations General Assembly speech. He certainly touched on most of the major international issues, although often he offered diplomatic nuances on sensitive subjects.

On Iran's nuclear program: "The Iranian government cannot demonstrate that its program is peaceful, has not met its obligations, and rejected offers that would provide it with peaceful nuclear power."

Wolf, that is called being 'presidential.' If you want controversial crazy talk, see Perry or Romney.

I thought the President checked the domestic politics at the door. Too bad Govs. Perry and Romney couldn't see fit to do the same. Their words only served to further the divide in the international community than they realize. They put pressure on the Palestinians to do exactly what Pres. Obama is trying behind the scenes to stop.

Nice headline. Is CNN part of the NY-9 Strategery or what? "Avoids Tough Talk" = CNN spin for "Behaves Diplomatically."

“Tough talk” we lost that atmosphere in 2002 when we invade Iraq nearly 120 countries supporting Palestinian state. Next year we will see more nation supporting Palestinian state. One reason our economy latest IMF report reflect that
Obama acting as very responsible leader and reasonable

If our economy is strong our voices will be strong

Blitzer is a Jew – need I say more? He wants the US to kill everyone else in the world to protect Israel. AND the Jews ALL want our tax dollars to pay for all of it. They should contribute more for our protection of them, instead of coming over here with their hand out on a regular basi.
