Congressional standoff over disaster funds may end

Washington (CNN) - A congressional standoff over disaster relief funding that is threatening a government shutdown might be resolved as soon as Monday night, several Senate Democratic aides told CNN.

According to the aides, who spoke on condition of not being identified, the Federal Emergency Management Agency might be able to stretch its depleted funds through the rest of the current fiscal year, which ends Friday.

Pass the bill clean-as its always been passed. Never was this done before. Leave your personal agenda out of this and help OUR victims of disaster.

I have realised having different party controlling different chambers is a horrible thing. Nothing seems to be done. Take note voters. Next time it must be only one party in both chambers!

Translation: Obstructionist Harry Reid, has to keep buying off phony corporations like Solyndra who declared bankrupcy only 49 days after receiving $528 million. This is a shining example of Obama's "Clean Energy" program that his administration tried to coverup all while trying to define green jobs as anyone who uses any form of mass transit. I'm surprised he didn't include those who walk if new sidewalks are laid. The Democrats are back to their old lies and trying to redefine reality. They are counting on followers that are unable to think for themselves.
