(CNN) - The state of Georgia will hold its GOP presidential primary March 6, 2012 on Super Tuesday. The decision keeps the original date of the state's primary intact.
Since this is before April 1, doesn't it mean that the Georgia delegates will be assigned on a proportional basis, instead of winner take all? I seem to recall an announcement coming out of the RNC around June 2010 saying that would be the rule this season. Any primaries conducted after April 1 would still be winner take all. Does that rule change apply to the "first 4" primary states, too?

Newt is a great ideas guy and very forward looking. Bill Clinton took a lot of credit for what Newt was responsible for in the 90's. If Fox News was around then, Clinton, the Democrats and the liberal MSM never would have gotten away with smearing Newt and the Republicans like they did.

Fact Check: FNC launched in 1996, just prior to the general election. Clinton won, anyway.
