Source: Congress to issue 'Fast and Furious' subpoenas

Washington (CNN) – Congressional investigators intend to issue subpoenas seeking communications from several top Justice Department officials - including Attorney General Eric Holder - relating to the discredited "Fast and Furious" federal gunrunning operation, according to a source close to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

The subpoenas also cover communications from Holder chief of staff Gary Grindler and Lanny Breuer, head of the department's criminal division, the source said.

I hope that Issa will be sure to share with Fox any imaginary facts he can make up. Where are we with the investigation into the deaths of American soldiers due to Halliburton?

Another red herring. If Reagan and North could walk away from Iran-Contra, lose the book on this one.

Surely this guy is on the Obama short list for an outgoing presidential pardon.
But in the mean time, lets show him the inside of a jail cell. He and his cohorts are criminals and should all be tried for accessory to muder.

PA-outof work- You are fired! Remember Iran-Contra? A normal person would have considered that, an act of treason, but the right wing worshipped Ollie and Ron instead.

It is disturbing to me how cnn consisitently omits the arrests of protesters who are not willing to protest lawfully. It is disturbing to me, living on the Mexican border, how cnn protects Holder, burying the articles they don't want us to read.....disturbing

Holder and Obama have blood on their hands. Innocent people died because of them and they need to be brought to justice.

It does not matter if you like Eric Holder or not, the "Fast and Furious " operation was a screw-up of epic proportions. Somebody's head is going to roll because of this and it sure looks like it is going to be Holder's.

  15. The Greedy Old Pigs have declared class war on US!

The extreme rightwing hypocrisy here is stunning. Actual war crimes and illegal politicization of the DOJ and the right sits on its hands and remains silent. Yet given a chance to make up facts regarding F&F, or misinterpret facts to suit their preconceived notions they jump for subpoenas, investigations and impeachment proceedings.

About time, this guy was an incompetent hack and should never have been confired. But then how would Obama know being inept and incompetent, as well as corrupt himself..

You're absolutely correct PA_outofwork. AG Holder didn't "think this up on his own". It's been an ongoing operation since the reign of terror foisted upon America by the previous occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and his war criminal handlers.
