New York (CNNMoney) - Under Herman Cain's 9-9-9 tax reform plan, 84% of U.S. households would pay more than they do under current tax policies, according to a report released Tuesday by a nonpartisan research group.
And the impact would be felt most heavily by the lowest income groups.

I guess this is why some far right conservative groups embrace this plan. As long as the upper 1% is not overburden with taxes, let the middle class and poor take care of it. This is why I am suprised the Tea Party is such a supporter of Cain. The folks I see in pictures at those rallies don't look like they are in the upper 1% to me. But right wingers tend to NOT research facts before they jump on a bandwagon, especially if it appears to be anti-Obama.
Another wealthy republican trying to shift the taxes onto the middle class and the poor. Surprise! Not.
Follow the money. Has he anything to do with Koch brothers?

... and you guess wrong, Lost in TX. Conservative groups embrace this plan because it grows our economy, puts people back to work and makes American companies competitive in the global economy again. Maybe these are not things you appreciate or understand, but if you look around, the current tax system is only hurting everyone. Believe me, either we all win or we all lose. If you do not like the scenario where we all win because maybe one group wins more, then you are not thinking straight. America needs positive change. For everyone.
84% is close to 99% – Therefore, this is another TAX BREAK for the RICH!!! Case in POINT!!
