Obama goes after Rove group’s ad

Washington (CNN) - It’s not often President Obama calls out negative advertising from his political opponents, but it appears one in particular caught his eye Monday Night.

Obama told a crowd in Jamestown, North Carolina that he was watching Monday Night Football when he saw an ad that he thought suggested he was for raising taxes on the middle class.

Stop belly aching. If you are going to campaign, pay for it yourself. The taxpayers aren't supposed to pay for your campaign. You are wasting so much money and whining and blaming others. Take some responsibilities, pay for you own darn campaign tours, and grow up. We need an adult in D.C. desperately!

No worries Mr. President – we know who is TRULY fighting for the middle class and poor and it's NOT ANYONE with an (R) besides their names.

I can't wait to see the look on the faces of the losers of 08' when they loose yet again, I remember seeing them cry and laughing my behind off, crying.....really.....hilarious.

Right America will feel wronged yet again, hopefully this time, they will look at the mirror and see it's their policies and false beliefs that doomed them.

@Karen – President Obama is going to the people just like he told the Repubs he was going to do. You can call it campaigning if you want but, guess what, he is running again and deserves to campaign as much as all your Repub/TeaP's are. The "taxpayers" (apparently you think just Repubs pay taxes) aren't paying for his campaign, but his campaign donations are. Talk about growing up...where are the adults in Congress, particularly all the ones in the Party of No that can't think for themselves. Sorry, but if want to talk about taking responsibility, your anger is directed at the wrong person(s)!

me thinks Kathy and Karen are the SAME person because they spout the same nonsense. So if the president feels that somebody is not telling the facts about him he should just sit back and let it go? He's done that too many times already and I think the problem is that you righties are not used to Obama fighting back.

I voted for Obama. Wish he could do something about change. Our country needs someone from the 99% to make things right, tax the rich. If you don't the rest of uss 99% should not pay taxes. Then the rich would have to pay to get stuff done. No taxation without equal representation. If something does not change your going to see our country start to burn just like Rome. I don't want to see my country burn but I do want the rich to pay just like the resst of us.

Oh the irony. Nice whine yourself (full of inaccuracies, too). The President is pressing the do nothing GOPers to take action on the jobs bill NOW, not wait until after November 2012. He's trying to get jobs for the American people that the GOP claims to be listening to. GOP are more interested in protecting their own political jobs by being more regressive than any potential primary opponent; that's not helping our teachers, firefighters, police, and construction workers get back to work NOW. Why do you not want Americans working? You don't think that those that have had a great run under the GWB tax cuts can't afford it?? We can't follow the lead of your party and do nothing.

Republicans don't fight for anyone but the rich. Cain is an idiot who is out of touch and the rest of these republicans are traitors. When you have India who in the last 10 years have seen a job increasef 2.7 million and America with a loss of 2.2 million. We have been sold out America. Just wait when we can not pay our allies and other countries who bailed us out. We are going to then have to sell off parts if not all of Alaska to pay for it. Don't any of you republicans read a book. You republiucans remind me of the young hitler youth. You will believe anything that anyone tells you and go along with it as long as there is money at the end of the tunnel and as long as someone says it is going to be ok. You all make me sick. Your nothing but a bunch of sell outs. Your party should be outlawed as a terrorist group.

  15. The Greedy Old PIgs have declared class war on US!

Rove is a key player in the GOBP's neocon deathcult. Of course he'll lie through his teeth to maintain the 1%er's grip on power. Your day is coming, Karl, and you won't be able to lie, cheat and steal your way out of this one. OWS!

"Carl Rove followers are lunatics, racist, and immoral!!"

That's so untrue: they are Amoral, not IMmoral. They have absolutely zero sense of, care or concern for right and wrong. The only spot on their compass that shows up for them is whatever is most convenient and expedient in service to their own narrow self-interest.

Hey Rove...why waste time, energy and money. Just put out an infomercial that shows the truth... that obama is just a whiney s'n'f who is owned by wall street and the techie crowd. The latter sends all of their jobs overseas and the former finances them.

“Don’t fall for this notion that somehow the jobs act is proposing to raise your taxes. It’s just not true.”
No. Obama does not intend on raising middle class taxes until well into his second term, but that will never happen. The problem is, there are not enough millionaires to satisfy his spending and growing government ambitions. There just aren't. Face it, all Americans are going to have to pay for this out-of-control deficit spending. There are not enough millionaires to hide behind.

Karl Rove learned the republican technique of editing and splicing tape from Fox. It is amazing that the wealthiest 1% is willing to put almost one half of a billion dollars in the hands of the turd blossom.

There is a special spot in hell reserved for Carl Rove and the Koch brothers. One would think, with their wake of criminal activities and destruction, that anything bearing their name or involvement with their PACs would be the touch of death, but here we are.
