Perry and Romney: 'They don't like each other'

(CNN) - If the recent CNN/Western Republican Presidential Debate in Las Vegas was any indication, the coming months on the campaign trail are likely to be nasty between Mitt Romney and Rick Perry.

After a shouting match between the two at the debate, Romney - the former governor of Massachusetts - responded, "Rick, again, Rick, again, I'm speaking. ... This has been a tough couple of debates for Rick, and I understand that. And so you're going to get testy."

Those two clowns can throw jabs at each other all they want. Neither one is fit to be Commander In Chief. I mean really Willard?!?!? You said "I'm running for office and have illegals." So I guess if you weren't running for office it will be perfectly fine, huh?

Two utterly worthless politicians saying utterly worthless things. That's what today's GOBP neocon deathcult has been reduced to.

Romney reminds one of a preying mantis waiting to pounce. He has this lean, hungry wolfish look about him. He has a piranha's smile. He seems to be a cold hearted take no prisoner debater and because of this perfection we look for chinks in his armor and when we do not find any we say he is inhumane. we cannot support one who is flawless for we want a human being as president. His hair marks him a slickster. His face is straight a straight faced liar. He seems to make you feel he is it or he has it and am making sure you know and no apology for that. Its seems as if he'll never be comfortable on mainstreet for he knows only wall street. Wonder what it will be like to see him kissing babies. All of the above may be a mistaken impression of him but there's something about romney.

The democrats on the far left will vote for the Empty Suit regardless of who gets the Republican nomination, so why should their opinion of Rick or Mitt matter?

I was shocked when Romney reached out an put his hand on Perry's shoulder. Was he trying to smooth over a chip?

Really? I am so glad we have an adult in the White House.

I'm no fan of Rick Perry but I simply CANNOT stand Willard Romney. Given the choice – I would take Perry ANYDAY over Romney because I truly believe Perry is not responsible for all the stupid things he says and does. He's a mental case pure and simple. Just look at the way he stands – that says it all.

They have one thing in common and that is that they want to destroy the middle class and cater to the wealthy and corporations, they are almost two peas in pod that put on a good comical skit pretending to not like each other. These two are so far removed from regular everyday folk they could not possibly fathom what average Americans need most from a President.

Romney doesn`t like or respect NRA-lovin`, gun-toting, beer-a-drinkin`, NASCAR-a-watchin`, "Republicans". Romney is so much of a RINO that the GOP base would lock him up in a zoo!

Woman in California- They aren't going to let Obama use his teleprompter in the debates, and he has no "hope and change" outsider rhetoric to fall back on. He's not going to shine the way you are expecting. Most Americans, including the ones who voted for him, see him as part of the problem not the solution. Romney isn't my first choice for candidate, but he is far more rational and balanced than Obama, that will come though in the debates.

Well, since you put it that way. Let's contemplate, and think this through. Shall we?

Given the choice between an empty suit with a full set of brains, or a full suit with an empty brain, which would you choose? I'd go for the empty suit. It's a no brainer.

Romney reminds one of a young cheeny. We notice the ruthlessness with which cheeny is going about defending his legacy and we ask ourselves who does this reminds us of and we cannot help but see this same political ruthlessness in romney. He wins on every point in the debates forgetting that the bar we have set for his fellow debaters is that they just need to be reasonable for he is already seen as the most intellectual of the group. He might just overplay his hand.

Interesting comment, Greg. Only time will tell ... no reason I can see of for getting your panties all bound up for nothing this far out from the election by pretending to speak for those who may or may not have voted for Obama, or how they think, will think, or should think. Chances are, you'd be wrong.
