Perry's simple tax plan not so simple

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) - Rick Perry has said he wants to scrap the tax code and make taxes simpler.

That may be what the GOP presidential candidate wants. But what he proposed on Tuesday is to keep the federal tax code intact and add an optional flat tax.

    Rick Perry can fit his INTELLECT on a postcard. What a repellant candidate! The more people see of him, the less they like. If he could run a campaign without speaking, moving or having a camera within 100 yards of him, he might have a chance with this unbelievably vapid, brainwashed, bankrupt Republican field.
