CNN: Millions of dollars in drugs seized, 70 arrested in Arizona, officials say
At least 70 suspected drug smugglers with alleged ties to the powerful Sinaloa cartel have been arrested in Arizona, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials. …Law enforcement officials seized thousands of pounds of marijuana, cocaine and heroin in a series of raids.

CNNMoney: Beacon Power: Another energy loan gone bad
Beacon Power, which makes energy storage devices used to help the power grid become more efficient, filed for bankruptcy protection Sunday, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company received a $43 million loan guarantee from the Department of Energy last August.
