Washington (CNN) - When you consider the array of public men who have been forced, in one way or another, to come clean on their bad behavior, the list is not insubstantial: a president (Bill Clinton), presidential candidates (John Edwards, Gary Hart), governors (Mark Sanford, Eliott Spitzer), senators (John Ensign, David Vitter). And that's just the top tier.
The bar has been set - and it's awfully low.

He's a republican pizza man - for God's sake, stop making like the Koch machine really wants this person to represent the U.S. on the world stage - tho he WOULD be a good ignorant puppet.
why can't people just accept that everyone is lying BUT Herman Cain?? Either that or he can go with the GOP mantra "the statements made weren't meant to be taken as factual"!
I don't understand... why can we not find finanical records of the NRA or Mr. Cain 10 years ago that was used to upgrade the hotel room?
Why are the reports not released from the NRA which dealt with the complains and not simply the settlement or the agreement but the actual claims that were filed.
Also I think Mr. Cain and his party should be held to higher standards and blaming other people is a distraction from the truth...
I rather like the way he's handling it, instead, digging himself in deeper each time he opens his mouth. The entertainment value is priceless. But hey, that's just me.
Interesting point GI Joe. My guess is the Koch brothers want to use Cain as leverage over Romney. I suspect there will be a whole new round of secret closed-door "pledges" to deregulate, cut off funding for the EPA and to provide whatever else is on the Koch brothers' anti-American wish list.
It is frustrating women are attacked and their kids are attacked by far right using a race card. Sad
I want him to be the flagbearer for Republicans in general election.
There have been true allegaqtions in the past..but also many false allegation...Mr Cain claims that these allegations against him are FALSE....Which part of false does Borger not understand....?

EDIT: How could I forget about Newt Gingrich coming clean and resigning as House Speaker? When Republicans go down, they really seem to do so with a lof of thunder and lightning.
He won't do it, and since it doesn't matter as he is unqualified, I don't care either way. But if the GOP is stupid, they'll nominate this guy

First words out of Cain at a party:
" Where are the white women at? "
He can't come clean anyway, the Koch boys aren't done using him yet. He's contractually bound to them for another 2 months.
Meanwhile, Cain the modern day slave has to suffer his high-tech lynching by those that OWN HIM.
