Columbia, South Carolina (CNN) - Something funny could happen on the way to the Republican presidential nomination next year.
Mitt Romney might actually win South Carolina.
Romney winning in South Carolina is a real possibility. He's effectively running unopposed. His Republican opponents seem to think that adopting the McConnell doctrine, "make Obama a one term president", is more important than actually winning the nomination.
His opponents have spent their time campaigning against the president and not one another. They haven't figured that that "Reagan's 11th Commandment" was just a political gimmick to defang his primary opponents. Reagan had name recognition, just like Romney. Reagan had the most flaws, just like Romney. When they stopped criticizing Reagan, he ran away with the nomination based on his name recognition. They left his flaws unexposed. Romney is doing the same thing.
Opps. There's Willard in that blue plaid shirt again ... still going all out with his "I'm one of the little people" persona fashion plate game changers, albeit the switch from jeans to what looks to be khaki trousers. Must still be in Michigan re-living his "local boy makes good" roots.
If Romney can fumble through and holds steady in polls at 35%, then he can emerge as a GOP nominee. Contrary to this, Romney will NOT be the nominee. Every part of my body tells me so!
South Carolina for Romney I will say best political team in television lost its mind
People who working for Romney 99% establishment republicans. Far right still hoping Rick Perry will bounce back and past two days they are working hard he will come back
Vote no for republicans..They are destroying our country.
