
Baghdad (CNN) - Vice President Joe Biden said Wednesday the United States is geared up for a "new and comprehensive civilian relationship" with Iraq after American troops are withdrawn by the end of the year.
"We are absolutely committed to be your partner to the extent you want us to be," Biden told Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri Maliki. "We stand read to provide assistance.

Does this mean that in the future that they will have to pay us to be peacekeepers and nation builders? That sounds a whole lot better than the conservative cries to just stay there and do it free of charge.
We stand ready to assist and recoup some of that oil for liberating your country. Message to you neocons: next time you invade a country, at least get something out of the deal.
